At Bluewater Marine Supply, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering marine parts and accessories from our store. If something isn’t right, we make the return process straightforward and hassle‑free.
30‑Day Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and include all original packaging, hardware, tags, and components.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must arrive in the same condition you received them. Installed, used, or modified products cannot be accepted. Items missing parts or packaging may be denied or subject to partial credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and make it right quickly. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Standard Returns
Bluewater Team supplies prepaid lables for all returns that are approved by our team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within five business days. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If that is not possible, store credit will be provided.
Exclusions
Some items may not be eligible for return due to safety, size, or manufacturer restrictions. If an item is non‑returnable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
