RMA Policy

How to Request an RMA

To begin a return, contact our Customer Support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number along with detailed return instructions.

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following requirements to qualify for return:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • In new, unused, and uninstalled condition.

  • Includes all original packaging, hardware, accessories, and documentation.

  • Free of damage, wear, or signs of installation.

  • Not classified as a non‑returnable or special‑order item.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety, quality, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical or electronic components.

  • Installed, used, or modified parts.

  • Items missing original packaging or components.

  • Special‑order or custom‑built products.

Return Shipping

  • Bluewater Team covers all prepaid lables.

  • A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.

  • Bluewater Marine Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

RMA Validity

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Items must be shipped within this timeframe. Returns received after expiration may be rejected.

Inspection & Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Items that fail inspection may be returned to the customer at their expense

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same RMA process. Replacement items are shipped once the returned product passes inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We will issue an RMA and resolve the issue promptly.
