Shipping Policy – Bluewater Marine Supply
At Bluewater Marine Supply, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and reliably. We ship across the United States with most orders arriving within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping is free on most items within the lower 48 states. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order contents.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed outside our service area will be canceled and refunded.
Hazardous and Oversized Items
Certain marine products may be classified as hazardous materials or oversized freight. These items must ship via ground service and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Examples include batteries, flammable liquids, and large hull components. If your order includes restricted items, we’ll notify you before shipment.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We proudly support our service members and ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS whenever possible. Please note that hazardous and oversized items are excluded from military shipments due to carrier restrictions.
Order Processing and Tracking
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and make it right. For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and components included. No restocking fees apply.
