Yamaha Stator by CDI Electronics (177-6E5-10) fits Yamaha 4 Cylinders Outboard with 15 Amp. It features a better and improved design stator for ignition systems. The corroded lead wire, overheating, and failure of charge coils in the stator are some of the problems encountered using conventional stators. The electrical components manufactured by CDI Electronics are flame-proof, tin-coated, solvent-resistant construction lead wire. It is designed with tighter windings and no nylon overcoat that allows heat to dissipate more efficiently from the windings during usual operation. The stator has larger magnet wire winding on its capacitor charge coils leads to less electrical current flow, producing a cooler operating coil.
