19' SEASTAR CNTRL Cable TYPE O (CC-170-19) from SeaStar is an OEM direct-replacement type control cable for OMC/Johnson/Evinrude (Pre-1979) engines with BRP/OMC controls. They make use of pre-existing connecting elements. Each cable has stainless steel connectors and conduit fittings and an HDPE outer jacket that is UV, salt water, chemical, gasoline, and oil resistant.
The control cable serves as a vital link between the control head and the propulsion unit. BRP, Mercury, Mariner, OMC, Volvo, and other OEM engine control heads that use a proprietary control cable connection can use the OEM direct-replacement cables.
