The engine coupler for Evinrude, Johnson, and Gale outboard motors is composed of marine-grade materials for maximum performance and reliability. It works with MCM 4. Bravo drive 5L MPI and GM V-8 engines for correct fit/installation information, follow the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines. On inboard/outboard engines, the engine coupler connects the engine to the stern drive. It takes the form of a steel plate or perhaps a short shaft with holes bored through one end for bolting to the boat's engine flywheel. On the opposite end or side, there are six extra holes for bolting it to the stern drive.
