This kit includes the gasket set and spacer for the Mercruiser 23-806922 thermostat sleeve, which is necessary to replace the original part in gen 1 vehicles. It is a direct replacement for all Sierra engine items and comes with 18-1989K, 18-2844 (1 per box), and 18-2554. (2 per package).
