APC casting, also known as Aerospace Precision Casting, is capable of producing aerospace-level products with exceptionally high density and physical strength. Polastorm is the first company to use the APC casting technique for aluminum propellers. Polastorm aluminum propellers prevent blade flex, resulting in better fuel efficiency and performance. This production process eliminates gaps, pockets, and air bubbles inside the propeller material, resulting in a considerably tighter grain structure than a typical die-cast procedure.
