They are also a method of keeping your grease inside your hub cavity, so it should snugly fit onto your Hub. Without it, your wheel bearings mean you wouldn't survive for very long out on the road. To make sure the right fit, you can measure the inner diameter of the outer face of your trailer hub. The Grease Cap, 1.986" OD Drive-In (151200), is a standard Dust Cap measure 1.98 for traditional 5 Lug Trailer hubs. and intended for greasing purposes.
